MELTING

ADMAX CORPORATION has installed a CI melting plant with a monthly capacity of 150 MT.

The furnace is equipped with several advanced features, including hydraulic tilting arrangements, water-cooled leads, and a standard set of bus bars and fume capture hoods.

⁠COLD CORE MACHINE

Core making is the process which forms the interior part of the casting. The mould provides a space for the molten metal to go.

while the core keeps the metal from filling the entire space.

⁠MOULDING

The molding process will be extremely uniform which will finally

result into highly consistent production by means of component weight, piece variation, mold variation, wall thickness, mold drawal with min. draft angle on pattern etc.

This Machine was developed for higher quality molds & increased productivity.

⁠⁠FETTLING & SHOT BLASTING

We process in shot blasting machine and for grinding to remove scales and achieve clean & uniform surface textures. Hanger type shot blasting machine
